look at my haircut. it took nearly 5 hours. so,I straightened my hair and tada! 1st I shampoo my hair, 2nd they give me lotion to my hair and I wait 45 min they wash my hair and Iron my hair, t3rd they give another lotion to my hair and wash and Iron and cut just a bit and vola!
